  • 4 cups (960 ml) Soy Milk
  • 2 (220 g) bananas, peeled
  • 4 slices (320 g) pineapple, peeled, with core

Method

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. 
Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to
its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the
blades.

  • If you have leftovers from this smoothie, save it in your fridge for a snack later, or pour it into popsicle molds for a healthy, delicious treat!
