Vitamix Tips
- If you do not have fresh dill, try any of these delicate herbs: basil, mint, parsley, chives, tarragon, or a combination! If you can't find fresh broad beans, using frozen works well, just make sure they are peeled or peel them yourself by blanching & shocking them. Store left over broad bean houmous in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
