- 6 .oz (180 ml) Aperol
- 4 .oz (120 ml) prosecco or other sparkling wine
- 2 .oz (60 ml) club soda
- 1 (150 g) orange, peeled
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) agave nectar [or honey], optional
- 2 cups (275 g) frozen mango chunks
- 1 ½ cups (225 g) ice cubes
Method
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45-55 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades. Portion into chilled serving glasses and garnish with orange slices.
Vitamix Tips
- Adjust sweetness to your liking by using more (or less) agave, or change the ratio of frozen mango & ice cubes. The more mango chunks added, the sweeter it will be.
