This is probably one of the best tasting green smoothies I've ever made. The Vitamix gives it a smooth, clean consistency and it's packed in energising B vitamins and protein, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 each (155 g) mango
  • 1 cup (240 ml) yogurt, plain [or non dairy yogurt]
  • ¼ cup (15 g) fresh spinach
  • 1 piece (5 g) fresh turmeric
  • 1 cup (140 g) ice cubes

Method

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades. Blend for 60 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
