Ingredients
- 180ml soy milk
- 1 Tablespoon yellow miso paste
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 15 pitted dates (150g)
Method
For the Miso Caramel:
Place Miso Caramel ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
Keep the Miso Caramel in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
For the Frappé:
Place Frappé ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to Variable 9. Blend for 40 seconds.
