  • 1 ½ cups (360 ml) pomegranate juice
  • 2 medium (280 g) orange, peeled, halved
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) Greek yogurt 0% plain [or non dairy alternative]
  • 4 cups (120 g) fresh spinach
  • 2 Tablespoons (20 g) flaxseed
  • 2 medium (240 g) banana, peeled, halved
  • 2 cups (300 g) frozen dark sweet cherries

Method

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. 
Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. 
Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
