Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (360 ml) Almond Milk
  • ¼ each (40 g) avocado, pitted, peeled
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seed
  • 1 each lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup (30 g) fresh spinach
  • ½ small (85 g) cucumber
  • ¼ cup (7 g) fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes, optional

Method

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades. Blend for 60 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
