Unfortunately, the wrong model -smaller - was sent to me ands I can not use it. The diameter I needed was about 16,3 cm.
What arrived in the mail - was about 13,8 cm.
The type of lid was adviced by the Vitamix official, after asking about the correct lid for my model of Vitamix machine.
Pleas elet me know, what address I could return the lid to?
I would like to return the wrong one and exchange it for the correct lid please.
